As a professional appraiser I am dedicated to continuously developing my appraisal skills. It is my desire to be able to offer my clients a consistently high-quality, professional service. I completed an appraisal course and passed the three hour examination. This course covered a variety of appraisal subjects including: Methods for Establishing Value, Market Research and Analysis, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and Appraisal Report Writing. These subjects are part of Minimum Qualification Criteria for Personal Property Appraisers developed by the Appraisal Qualifications Board and adopted by the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, D.C. I am qualified to write a professional appraisal report that meets the USPAP Standards.
